Creating your Major Playground List is an important step in any youth football development program. But how exactly should you go about making the list?
The list is the first thing your coaches will see every day. It is the key to evaluating your youth team and making sure you get the best players possible. As a coach, it is your responsibility to make sure that every member of your team has a chance to play. The list is the basis for that evaluation.
So what does the list look like? It is a listing of all of the players in your team. 슈어맨 Your coaches will have the list for their evaluations.
The players are listed in alphabetical order. In the case of young players, the parents or guardians are the ones who know the names. It is important to have your player’s names on the list. Players who play on the List are ranked according to their play.
The ranking that the name refers to is determined by a number of factors. These include how good the player is, what position they play, how many games they have played, where they play, and the level of competition they face. If a player has played with good youth football teams, you may want to consider them for your team. If they are good enough, then they will also be good enough for the List.
I would recommend you keep the List around for a few years before making a major decision. Let your players develop and be molded into the best football players they can be. Then once you are ready to move up to the next level, you can get them to the List.
I would also suggest that you keep this list updated with allof the young footballers. You do not want to be running into players as you start your program. Make sure you keep tabs on the junior varsity and the potential for future prospects as they progress.
This is a great way to go about developing young football players, it’s inexpensive, and has a long way to go. The list will provide a baseline to where they stand when they are growing into their adult football careers. When I was starting my coaching career, I kept this list on hand so I knew where my players stood and what to expect from them.
